Eric Polanco arrived promptly, checked things thoroughly and recommended what was needed. Once installed, Eric took time to make sure I knew how to use the new thermostat. He was also extremely personable and professional.

Sky was booked solid, but fit me in anyway, saving me thousands of dollars in water damage. I have the maintenance plan with them, so no charge!! Condensation got clogged and backed up, leaking through my floor, ceiling below. Julian talked me through everything that was happening, got all the water out of my duct and helped me find a fan. Thank God for Sky Heating, they don't charge for every little thing they do, which helps when you are on a very tight budget. Julian is a hero!! Thank you for quick and wonderful service.

Mario was very helpful and addressed all my concerns, he was also very mindful of wearing shoe covers while in the house. Made sure everything was correct and made sure I had no other questions. Also reminded me to call if I did. Love Sky Heating and Cooling

Dan Bloomberg was the technician who worked on my heat pump system. He had been out about a year ago and was familiar with the situation which helped diagnose the problem. He returned a few days later and cleaned coils and added a quick start kit which so far has solved the situation. Dan was courteous and knowledgeable and explained the process simply and thoroughly. Worked efficiently to get the system working. Good job!

Mario returned to install a new anti-bacteria/mold bulb and completed a deep cleaning service. As previously our experience was awesome!! He was quick, explained everything and tidied up extremely well.We would love to have him again on our next service. He is a pro and a Rockstar!!!Mario was very prompt, thorough professional. Also personable and friendly and gave us very good information. A PRO!

Always my first call for service needs. The company always gets someone out to address my issues quiker than most service centers, I have gone through. I feel like this company puts customer service and quality repair as it's top priority. My local service rep, Josh Waud is awesome. He is always friendly and respectful of my time and happy to answer my questions and educate me on the work done. As a female with zero familiarity in the heating and cooling world, it's nice to feel like my service agent is transparent with me. I will continue service with this company because Josh has done great work on both my AC and furnace. But has also secured my trust in his craftsmanship and his advice to help me keep my equipment running as needed. I appreciate having a service repair person that listens, finds solutions, explains my options and makes the repairs without trying to sell me on stuff I can't afford or don't need. Thank you Josh and Sky for all the help.

It took longer than the set time frame of 8-4PM but that was understandable since it was the first hot weekend of the year. Josh was my technician he was so nice and understanding. He explained things to me in a way I could understand, and my house is no longer 90° so I’m one happy girl! They’ve been great both times I’ve used Sky.

Torsen was fantastic. Comprehensive service, very nice and courteous. The company put a lot of care into their selection and training and it paid off - found some issues with our system that were noticed for years. 5 stars hope Torsen gets a good tip and look forward to working with him and Sky again

This company and its employees are amazing. My family will recommend them to everyone.We lost our heat source for almost 3 weeks and shopped around. But sky heating and air conditioning came matched a quote from someone else, and installed 2 days later. They were courteous and polite. Showed me how everything worked and got everything done in one day. Will definitely call them for future help and send everyone we know that needs it their way. Thank you guys

Had Henry and Cole come to our house to fix an a/c unit and heat pump we had installed by another company 10 years ago. They were both very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. Felt bad they had to work so long, but just showed us they cared what they were doing to make sure everything worked correctly! They answered all of our questions that we had. We are very pleased with the air that is coming out of our vents and look forward to finally being able to use using our air conditioning and heater without struggling to get it to put out enough air! A+++ service and company! Will continue to use them and will recommend them to everyone! Thanks for all the hard work!

Our furnace decided to give out on us a couple of days ago, leaving us in a real bind---especially as the weather continues to get cooler, and the holidays quickly approach. Per a family recommendation we gave Air Stars Heating & Cooling a call to see if they might be able to schedule us in. Lynn in the office was extremely helpful and got us set up with a next day appointment! They had a cancellation, so it worked out perfectly. One of their service technicians, Ryan Fineran, arrived promptly and took his time diagnosing our system to see why it failed. He was able to determine the cause, and immediately got on the phone to see about getting a replacement part shipped asap. He was very thorough explaining the pros and cons of either repairing or replacing our older unit. Even though they're extremely busy right now, he told us they would do everything they could to return and install the new part as soon as it arrived. He also told us he and his team were willing to drop off some space heaters for us to use while waiting for the part to arrive next week! Just awesome customer service. Thank You so much for reaching out to us so quickly and being willing to help us. We look forward to working with you in the future, and getting the heat back on! Highly recommend you give them a call for any of your HVAC needs.

Jamie is great! He's very personable and professional, and each time he has been out he's taken the time to diagnose the issue properly and promptly return to fix. He also helped me with any questions I had and when I didn't have any he actively offered advice on how to maintain and most effectively utilize my heating and cooling system. Air Stars also has a great scheduling and reminder system that makes the process easy.

Brain and Austin cleaned all of the ducts and dyer vents in our house. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and did an amazing job. They left the areas cleaner than before they came. They even vacuumed the leaves off our front porch. I would highly recommend their services!
