Had Henry and Cole come to our house to fix an a/c unit and heat pump we had installed by another company 10 years ago. They were both very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. Felt bad they had to work so long, but just showed us they cared what they were doing to make sure everything worked correctly! They answered all of our questions that we had. We are very pleased with the air that is coming out of our vents and look forward to finally being able to use using our air conditioning and heater without struggling to get it to put out enough air! A+++ service and company! Will continue to use them and will recommend them to everyone! Thanks for all the hard work!

Our furnace decided to give out on us a couple of days ago, leaving us in a real bind---especially as the weather continues to get cooler, and the holidays quickly approach. Per a family recommendation we gave Air Stars Heating & Cooling a call to see if they might be able to schedule us in. Lynn in the office was extremely helpful and got us set up with a next day appointment! They had a cancellation, so it worked out perfectly. One of their service technicians, Ryan Fineran, arrived promptly and took his time diagnosing our system to see why it failed. He was able to determine the cause, and immediately got on the phone to see about getting a replacement part shipped asap. He was very thorough explaining the pros and cons of either repairing or replacing our older unit. Even though they're extremely busy right now, he told us they would do everything they could to return and install the new part as soon as it arrived. He also told us he and his team were willing to drop off some space heaters for us to use while waiting for the part to arrive next week! Just awesome customer service. Thank You so much for reaching out to us so quickly and being willing to help us. We look forward to working with you in the future, and getting the heat back on! Highly recommend you give them a call for any of your HVAC needs.

Jamie is great! He's very personable and professional, and each time he has been out he's taken the time to diagnose the issue properly and promptly return to fix. He also helped me with any questions I had and when I didn't have any he actively offered advice on how to maintain and most effectively utilize my heating and cooling system. Air Stars also has a great scheduling and reminder system that makes the process easy.

Thank you Airstars Heating & Cooling, Brian and Cole did an outstanding job cleaning our ductwork and dryer vents! We still love our furnace and the annual maintenance plan is fantastic. Brain and Austin cleaned all of the ducts and dyer vents in our house. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and did an amazing job. They left the areas cleaner than before they came. They even vacuumed the leaves off our front porch. I would highly recommend their services!

We had a new unit installed. (heating system) All very nicely done and it works wonderfully. Later I had maint. done on the heating and cooling system. Again work was done well and professionally. We are happy with it all.

Aaron is the best. Called me when he was 20 minutes out. Showed up. Got right to work on our fireplace that hasn't had maintenance ever. Got it all cleaned up and looking sharp. Next to the furnace, checking off all the specs into the tablet form as he went. Again, getting it all cleaned up and looking good. Lastly the AC... which involved probing temperatures into the system, out of the system, and out of a duct vent. Spraying down the fan outside, brushing it clean... Just an complete, thorough visit overall. Highly recommend them for your Gas fireplace, Forced Air Furnace and A/C maintenance.FYI: They're going to change their name soon to Air Stars.

Austin was the man. He was polite and professional. Best of all he was thorough. He removed pictures off a wall to get to a return vent like they were priceless pieces of art. Handled everything with care. I know the equipment they use gets way through the ducting. Just after one day I can feel how much cleaner the air is in our house. My family and I started sneezing months ago, since yesterday, not a sneeze from any of us. I don't think the previous owner(s) ever had this cleaning done. I would recommend this company to everyone I know. They offer so many other service in their profession. I will definitely save on air filters alone oh and Kleenex.

CEC has taken very good care of us. Veronica has been very helpful keeping us informed of when we have routine maintenance coming up and scheduling around our busy schedules. Aaron and Ryan are both very knowledgeable of our system and have been so great to work with.

Jamie was the technician who came to my home. He was completely professional and very patient. I highly recommend asking for him to be your technician, if they will allow it. He was quick to get the job done and drew up multiple estimates for the replacement of my old system.This company is great. Very flexible and easy to work with.

Ryan went above and beyond during my service.He found a major air restriction in my furnace. It looked like a 1/4 inch dog hair blanket suck to my heat exchanger. After a good cleaning all the vents are blowing in my house now and I'm warm at night!

Clean Energy has always provided excellent service for us. During the recent ice storm, their technician Ron went above and beyond, walking me through restarting my gas fireplace over the phone. Saved me a service call (he had plenty of higher priority to get to) and we had heat while we had no power. Definitely recommending them to anyone asking!
